About us

Svava B. Finsen (svavabf@hi.is) is the HEI representative from Iceland. She is the outgoing exchange coordinator for Europe at the University of Iceland. UI uses both an in-house system and the Dashboard to manage mobilities and has been using the Dashboard for the Online Learning Agreements since Autumn 2018.

Kristin Torp Skogedal (kristin.skogedal@uib.no) at the University of Bergen is the HEI representative from Norway. She is institutional Erasmus Coordinator and member of the OLA3.0 Strategic partnership. The University of Bergen has used the Online Learning Agreement since 2017 and use the Erasmus Dashboard for admininstration of outgoing and incoming Erasmus students and will use it for Erasmus Inter-Institutional Agreements.

Maria Fredlund (maria.fredlund@miun.se) at Mid Sweden University (Miun) is the HEI representative from Sweden. She is institutional Erasmus Coordinator at Miun. Miun is currently using the Dashboard for the Online Learning Agreement since 2018, but is in the process of implementing a commercial mobility system. The plan is to start using the OLA3.0 and Erasmus Inter-Institutional Agreements in the new system.

Xavier Lepetit (xal@dmjx.dk) is the HEI representative from Denmark. Erasmus and International Coordinator at the Danish School of Media and Journalism (DMJX), using the Dashboard since 2018. DMJX is a small institution (< 2000 students) and we don't use a third-party provider or any other system than spreadsheets.

AnneSophie Hokkanen (anne-sophie.hokkanen@helsinki.fi) at the University of Helsinki is the HEI representative from Finland. She is a specialist at the International Exchange Services and she works with both in/ and outbound students. She is also the main user of UH's application system for exchange studies. UH plans to use their third party application system for both OLA and the Erasmus agreements through the EWP network. UH have also used the Dashboard for OLA 3.0 when the host university requires it.
