Taktu þátt í könnun um aðgengi að Landskrifstofu Erasmus+

Landskrifstofa Erasmus+ hefur opnað fyrir nafnlausa könnun um aðgengi að starfsfólki Landskrifstofunnar. Könnunin verður opin núna í sumar og fram á haust og hvetjum við öll sem hafa haft samband við landskrifstofuna á síðustu misserum eða árum að fylla hana út.
Könnunin er stutt og einföld en tilgangur hennar er að athuga hvort bæta megi aðgengileika, viðmót og upplýsingagjöf landskrifstofunnar til þátttakenda og þeirra sem leita til skrifstofunnar. Þetta er liður í aðgerðaráætlun inngildingarstefnu landskrifstofunnar en niðurstöðurnar verða greindar og farið verður yfir þær í haust. Í framhaldinu verða gerðar tvær aðrar kannanir, um aðgengi á viðburðum landskrifstofu og aðgengi að upplýsingum á vegum landskrifstofunnar.

Take part in a survey on the accessibility of the National Agency for Erasmus+ in Iceland

One part of the action plan of the inclusion strategy of the National Agency for Erasmus+ in Iceland is to conduct a survey about accessibility of participants to our services.

The National Agency for Erasmus+ is looking for participants in an anonymous survey about participants' accessibility to the staff of the National Agency. The survey will be open this summer and into the fall and we encourage anyone who has contacted the National Agency with inquires to fill it out.

The survey is short and simple and its main purpose is to check whether National Agency's accessibility, service and information to participants and the public can be improved. This is part of the national agency's action plan included in the new inclusion strategy. The results will be analysed and reviewed this fall. In the future, two other surveys will be conducted, on accessibility of the events organised by the National Agency and access to the information provided by the National Agency.
